Yardım skills Proto SQL

Hi guys
I have an error with SQL, specifically the skills Proto table, it doesn't receive any new skills at all. I tried with the Gaton Term system and also with a new passive skill, it doesn't receive any new data, although it tells me that the injection was successful. Does anyone know the reason?
